Grinning Cat's stance on privacy is pretty simple: we protect people-privacy. We don't want to collect people-data you aren't willing to give and we refuse to share people-data as much as is possible. People-data belongs to people and not to us. We try our best to be fair about that. We also try our best to keep any data we interact with out of the hands of any "AI" training. Both data we generate and data that is shared with us.
This site contains no data collection or tracking technologies of any kind, however some of our other sites and services do. The appropriate sections contain the privacy policies and terms associated with those services.
We don't touch it. All payments and payment information are handled by third parties. We try our best to only use respectful companies with concern to data, but how they handle financial data is managed by their respective privacy policies.
Any tips or other donations made on this site are not referenced with accounts held on our other services. We retain only enough information to note that a transaction took place, and this will never include any sensitive or personal information.
